Step 01

1. Define

Our clients entrust us with a design brief that serves as the cornerstone of our creative process. This document encapsulates their specific needs, preferences, and expectations, offering valuable insight into the essence of their brand or project. By delving into this brief, we gain an intimate understanding of their target audience, the industry landscape, and the context in which the design will be applied. This deeper awareness enables us to tailor our creative approach effectively. With this comprehensive understanding in hand, we collaboratively define a set of dos and don'ts. These guidelines help us make informed decisions throughout the design process, ensuring that our work aligns with the brand's core values and resonates with the intended audience.

2. Research + Ideation

Research is the cornerstone of effective design. It's the process of gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information that informs and shapes the design process. Whether designing a website, or a physical space, research is a must step. We look for insights into user behavior, market trends, and technological advancements, go through Moodboard, and collect references from online and offline platforms. Moving ahead, we hold a meeting where the team brainstorms, invites ideas, innovation, and creativity, and focuses on sticking to unconventionally brilliant ideas which helps designers to make informed decisions that lead to more successful and user-centered designs. However, this whole session of discussing and ideating is no less than a war room, where coffee can only pacify them.

3. Prototype

Before diving into the design phase, we take a thoughtful approach, one that emphasizes experimentation and preparation. We create small-scale prototypes, which can be considered as initial drafts or concepts, leveraging the insights garnered from our extensive research and the references collected. These prototypes typically represent only a fraction, around 5% to 10%, of the eventual design. Through these preliminary prototypes, we begin to solidify the visual elements, design guidelines, and overall aesthetic direction. This initial exploration provides us with how we can efficiently, effectively, and seamlessly achieve the final product. It allows us to iron out potential challenges and hurdles, ensuring a smoother and more successful design journey.

Step 02

1. Design

Now, the designing phase unfolds, where we infuse expression, aesthetics, colours, and creativity into our work. In our relentless pursuit of innovation, we continually explore fresh, creative opportunities. Design, for us, is an evolving process, gradually taking form and structure and we want our clients to have the best of it. Each design our creative team crafts is meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of our clients. While aesthetics are a crucial part of the equation, we understand that exceptional design goes beyond mere visual appeal; it should serve a defined purpose and elevate experiences. With every project, our aim is to inspire and leave a lasting, positive imprint through thoughtful, purposeful design that resonates with both our clients and their audience expectations and preferences.

2. Improvisation

The next stage of the process is Improvisation. At this stage, we ensure internal approvals through a review process, involving our creative teams to scrutinize and fine-tune the design from various perspectives. But our journey doesn't stop there; we highly value the insights and preferences of our clients. Their feedback is instrumental in shaping the final design, ensuring it aligns perfectly with their vision and objectives. Once we get the feedback from both our teams and clients, we again share the design with them for approval. However, in our practices, we stay honest, and if the client cannot resonate with our thought process behind the design or does not agree with the design, we make efforts to convince them, but if they wish to not, we are professionals who do exactly what the client wants.
